When marinating make sure to remember the following:

- Contain it in a food-safe container/sealable food-safe plastic bag.

- Marinate in the refrigerator (at or below 40°F)

- ONLY reuse marinade if you bring it to a boil and 165°F just before using it on cooked meats to prevent cross-contamination.
