Tips to Drink More Water
Awhile back, I got a little dehydrated, and that scared me, so here are some tips that I've learned to help drink more (stay hydrated).
- Get Fancy! Buy yourself a fun water bottle! 
- Take a water bottle everywhere you go! 
- Drink water at the temp you like… 
- Spice it up & infuse your water! 
- Drink one cup of water after to the bathroom. 
- Eat produce sources for hydration. 
- Set hourly reminders on your phone or smartwatch to help you drink more water. 
- Get an app to help track your water intake. (App search: “drink water reminder”) 
- Go to bed and wake up with water. 
- For every beverage that’s not water drink 2 cups of water. (I still need to try this one). 
- Use a reusable straw. 
- Drink a glass or cup of water before your meals. 
- Buy a hug water bottle to help drink your daily amount of water.
